Processing Time & Delivery: 10-12 working days from when you order.
Cancellations
If you changed your mind about your order, you have up until 1 hour after order placement to cancel the order by emailing our customer care team on: info@itsminastudio.com
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty when you receive it please notify info@itsminastudio.com as soon as your order is received.
Faulty items returned to us will be reviewed by our in house quality control team and the customer will be notified of an update within 3-5 working days. Any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different style or size, please email info@itsminastudio.com
Our team check availability and guide you through the next step
Due to the nature of the product Mina Studio will offer you to exchange if your product is returned in its original and unworn condition and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches/tote bags sent with your order are included with your return. Any items returned to Mina Studio that have been worn with tags removed will not be accepted for a refund and returned to the Customer without authorisation.
We do not offer Refunds, your product can only be exchange or credited on your account.
Sample Sale Orders
All Archive Drop/Sample Sale orders are final. Items are either original samples, prototypes, salesman samples, press samples or end of line stock. The items may have slight defects which reflect in the price.
