How can I place an order?

We release limited-edition drops throughout the year. To stay informed about upcoming releases and drop dates, please sign up to our Mailing List or follow us on Instagram.

When can I expect my order to be dispatched?

Please allow 10–12 working days from the close of the drop for your order to be dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment options:

We also offer payment via Klarna and Shop Installments.

What is Klarna?

Do you ship worldwide?

At this time, we ship within the UK and EU only.

Can I return an Archive Drop or Sample Sale order?

All Archive Drop and Sample Sale purchases are final. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for these items.

Do you offer exchanges?

All items are produced in limited quantities. While we will do our best to accommodate exchange requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Will any items be restocked?

All products are made in limited quantities as part of our commitment to a more considered and sustainable approach to fashion. Once an item sells out, it will not be restocked.

What if my item is faulty?

Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within 3 months of purchase. After this period, items are not deemed faulty and are considered normal wear and tear.
